Our dance classes for pre-teens and teens are designed to enhance strength, fitness, grace, and flexibility. You’ll develop performance skills, musicality, rhythm, muscle memory, and physical coordination. Additionally, our classes offer a great opportunity to connect with others and make new friends. No matter your fitness or dance goals, our classes can help you reach them.
